This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and companion Wear OS app. We built Hilt King to help you track your workouts and achieve your fitness goals. We believe your health data belongs to you, and our practices reflect that core belief.
TL;DR: We do not sell your personal data. We store your workout data locally on your device.

Workout & Health Data
To provide you with accurate match reports, calorie estimates, and real-time coaching, Hilt King collects workout durations, exercises performed, sets, reps, and heart rate data (via your smartwatch or connected Bluetooth heart rate monitor).
Local Storage: This data is stored locally on your device using a local database format. We do not transmit this data to any external centralized servers.
Device Permissions
- Bluetooth & Location: Required to scan for and connect to external heart rate monitors or fitness equipment. Location permission is historically required by Android for Bluetooth scanning, but we do not track your physical location.
- Body Sensors (Wear OS): Required to read your real-time heart rate during active workout sessions to provide immediate coaching feedback and calculate caloric burn.
- Foreground Service & Wake Lock: Used to ensure your workout session continues tracking reliably even when the app is running in the background or your screen is off.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Because your data is stored locally on your device, we do not share, sell, or transmit your personal health and workout data to any third-party marketing or advertising platforms.
4. Your Control & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. Because the data resides on your device, you can delete all your Hilt King workout history at any time simply by clearing the app data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
